Summer Camp 2025 (For current students)

FOR CURRENT STUDENTS ONLY (ages 5 - 17)

U. S. Family Martial Arts -  SUMMER CAMP  July 14 -18, 2025.  Training times are 8:00am - 5:00pm!   Students will need a mouth guard and male students will require a groin protector.  Students will have the opportunity to learn traditional martial arts techniques, philosophy, and discipline.  They will condition their body and mind through difficult training drills and sparring practice with other participants.  Training hours will count toward stripes and belt promotions.  Students will be instructed on strategies to maintain a healthy lifestyle, such as good nutrition, hygiene, and manners. Throughout the days, students will learn self defense techniques, verbal strategies, & how to be better people!  After training each day, students will participate in games that will help build coordination, mental strength, and stamina!   Only Purchase the Camp here if you are a current Student.
